My GoTo Sandwich

This is my go to lunch choice.  Easy to make, absolutely delicious, and chock full of nutritious goodness, this sandwich will leave you satisfied in a way bologna never has.  Healthy fats, protein, and a ton of fiber.

Prep and ingredients: 
   
Ezekiel Bread: 2 Slices
Grape seed Veganaise: 1 Tablespoon
Avocado: 1/2


The ingredients above are listed because that is where any significant calories come from, including one of my few processed food exceptions, Veganaise.  The rest is my, or your, personal choice of veggies.  For me, roasted red peppers and baby spinach are always present.  Shown in the picture, this version also has: lettuce, mushrooms, sprouts, black olives, and tomatoes.
