Italian Bean Salad

Zezty, clean, fresh, and too easy to make, this is a great side dish to complement spaghetti or even a sandwich.  Full of fiber and protein, beans are always a great addition to your diet.  


Prep and ingredients: 
 
Garbanzo Beans: 1 Can
Kidney Beans: 1 Can
Cannelleni Beans: 1 Can
Corn: 1 Can
Black Olives: 1 Can
Diced Artichokes: 1/2 Cup
Salt: 1/4 Teaspoon
Oregano: 1 Tablespoon
Basil: 1 Tablespoon
Parsley: 1 Tablespoon
Minced Garlic: 1 Tablespoon
Balsamic Vinegar: 2 Tablespoon   




Open all the cans.  Put in colander.  Rinse.  Put all ingredients in a bowl.  Mix or toss.  Chill and serve.
