Caulafredo Sauce

Who knew?  You can turn cauliflower into a tasty, cheesing Alfredo sauce that turns a fat laden, cholesterol nightmare into a healthy serving of veggies.  Pile on the sauce.

Prep and ingredients: 
   
Cauliflower: 1 head
Soy Milk: 3/4 cup
Nutritional Yeast: 1/3 cup
Garlic Powder: 1 teaspoon
Onion Powder: 1 teaspoon
Salt: 1 teaspoon
Cooking Sherry: 1/3 cup 
Lemon Juice: splash
Flax Seed: 1 Tablespoon
Minced Garlic: 1 Teaspoon

Boil water cauliflower until fork tender.  Drain.  Place Cauliflower and all remaining ingredients in a high powered blender.  Blend until think and creamy.  Serve over favorite pasta or veggies.
