Tofu with Peanut Butter Sauce

Savory, sweet, and decadently delicious, all to easy to forget you're eating unmanly tofu.

Prep and ingredients: 
   
TofuOrganic Extra Firm Tofu: 14 ounce package
Rice Wine Vinegar: 2 tablespoons
Honey: 2 tablespoon
Liquid Aminos: 3 tablespoons
VegetableBroth: 3/4 cup
Peanut Butter (all natural): 1/4 cup

Drain tofu.  Wrap in a paper towel to remove excess moisture and press.  Cut tofu into bit size blocks. Put remaining ingredients in a blender and annihilate it.  Put tofu in a baking dish and poor contents of blender over it.  Cook in oven at 424 for about 30 minutes.  Eat it!
