"Fried" Rice

Tastes like restaurant takeout, but is healthy fuel that won't leave you hungry thirty minutes later.

Prep and ingredients: 
   
Brown Rice: 2 cups dry
Water: 4 cups
Rice Wine Vinegar: 2 tablespoons
Agave Syrup: 1 tablespoon
Liquid Aminos: 3 tablespoons
Sriracha: 1 tablespoon
Ground Flax seeds: 1 tablespoon
Water: 3 tablespoons 
Frozen Mixed Veggies: 2 cups
Minced Garlic: 1 teaspoon

Cook rice at in water.  In a wok or large pan, heat veggies and garlic, stirring constantly.  Mix remaining ingredients together in a bowl and set aside. Put cooked rice into pan with veggies and sauce.  Stir fry (cook on high heat while constantly stirring) until rice sticks together and starts to brown.  Eat it!
