Cabbage Veggie Medley

An incredibly easy side dish that tastes great, will attack your expanding waistline and even help fight off cancer!

  Cabbage Veggie Medley (makes 8 servings)

1 Shredded or Chopped Head of Cabbage: about six cups
15 White Mushrooms
3 Sliced Organic Carrots
3 Cloves of Garlic
Sage: 2 tablespoons
Salt: 1 tablespoon
Black Pepper: 1 tablespoon
Organic Vegetable Broth: 2 cups
Water: 4 cups

  Put everything in a Dutch oven or stock pot and bring to a boil.  Simmer until liquid is nearly gone, serve and enjoy.
