Better Peanut Butter Sandwhich

By replacing jelly and processed peanut butter with natural single ingredient peanut butter, blueberries and banana, a favorite comfort food becomes superpowered.  You'll be amazed with this version actually tastes better.

  Better Peanut Butter Sandwich(makes 1 servings)


Natural Peanut Butter: 2 tablespoons
1 Banana
Frozen Blueberries: 1/4 cup, thawed
100% Stone Ground Whole Wheat Bread: 2 slices

  Put everything on whole wheat bread, mash together, devour.  Serve with raw veggies instead of chips.
